Bach flower remedies are a natural approach to emotional wellbeing. Dr Bach created the flower remedy system in the 1930s and they’ve been used worldwide ever since. There are 38 Bach flower remedies – each relating to a different emotional state. They are a safe, gentle and holistic approach to emotional balance. At Mindful Remedies we only sell personalised remedies so pick up to 7 essences that you think best fit your emotions, we’ll create your remedy and post it to your door.
Flower remedies can help with anxiety, low mood, confidence, motivation, tiredness and much more… They can also help us get through different stages of life such as toddler tantrums, demands of a busy career, juggling parenthood, menopause and grief.
You place the drops directly in your mouth or in a glass of water using the dropper bottle. Take 4 drops a minimum of 4 times a day, especially first thing in the morning and last thing at night.
When confronted with all 38 remedies, it’s common for people to think “I need them all!” But you should select the remedy based on your current mood, emotions or personality type. It is important to ask why you are feeling the way you do as this will lead you to the correct remedy.

why choose us?
just for you
We believe that every person deserves a personalised approach to their emotional health, rather than getting the same thing as everyone else.
