Flower remedies are a safe and gentle way of dealing with emotional issues in a natural way. There are no side effects and they don't interact with any existing medication you might be on. They are safe for all ages including children and pregnant women.
You place the drops directly in your mouth or in a glass of water using the dropper bottle. Take 4 drops a minimum of 4 times a day, especially first thing in the morning and last thing at night.
A bottle will last around 3 weeks. By this time, you should have noticed some improvement and a shift in energy - if the right remedies were selected. Bach flower remedies work quickly in more acute circumstances (within a few days) whereas more long-standing imbalances may take longer to re-balance.
We believe that every person deserves a personalised approach to their emotional health, rather than getting the same thing as everyone else.
