We offer two delivery options within the UK.
standard - tracked 48 delivery via royal mail.
Tracked 48 delivery is £3.75 and your items should reach you within 48 hours from dispatch. Your delivery will be tracked and Royal Mail will provide updates on your delivery via SMS and email.
express - tracked 24 delivery via royal mail.
Express delivery is £4.50 and your items should reach you within 24 hours from dispatch. Your delivery will be tracked and Royal Mail will provide updates on your delivery via SMS and email.
how long does it take?
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends.) Our remedies are all handmade with love and care so at times they may take a little time to create. Delivery times are above depending on which shipping option you choose. Deliveries to extremely rural areas such as the Scottish Highlands may take slightly longer.international delivery.
Prices are based on weight and will be calculated at check out. We are now only offering Tracked delivery for international orders to ensure your parcels reach their destination. We are not currently shipping to the following destinations due to issues with customs clearance: Ireland, Greece, Oman, India. Customs fees are not included in the delivery fee. As all our remedies are personalised and hand made to order, we’re unable to allow any returns unless they are faulty or have been damaged in transit. If your parcel has arrived damaged, please contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
If you change your mind and your bottle hasn’t been made and dispatched yet we will be happy to refund you – please make sure to get in touch as soon as possible as once your order has been made, we will not be able to refund you.
