Directions:

Remove the cap and hold the aroma stick 1 inch from your nostril. Take 3 deep breaths, inhaling the aroma. Use up to 4 times an hour as needed.

While they won’t go "bad," we recommend using them within 6 months or less of purchase for the best experience.
