How long do they take to work?
Each person is unique—no one-size-fits-all solution. Flower remedies will quickly address acute situations in a matter of days, while longstanding imbalances will need more time. Typically, a bottle lasts around 3 weeks. By then, you should expect a noticeable energy shift and improvement if the right remedies were chosen and taken as recommended. However, you may need multiple bottles to completely rebalance the emotions you’re trying to clear.
Mixing treatment bottles
Please avoid taking multiple treatment bottles at the same time as this will lessen the effectiveness of the remedies you’ve chosen. You should only work with a maximum of 7 remedies at any one time but you may decide to change some remedies after you finish each bottle (around 3 weeks).
What is the recommended dose?
Take a minimum of 4 drops, 4 times a day, especially first thing in the morning and last thing at night. When first taking the remedy or in acute situations, where you are feeling your emotions intensely, you may wish to take more often. You can’t overdose on flower remedies.
FAQs
Do flower remedies interact with prescription medications or food?
Flower remedies can be taken safely alongside other medicines and won’t interact with them. The Regular bottles do contain alcohol so make sure to choose Alcohol Free if any of your medication cannot be mixed with alcohol. Please discuss with your GP if you have any questions. Unlike homeopathy, flower remedies can be used alongside food and drinks without interaction.
What if I choose the wrong combination?
It will do no harm, only it may slow down the healing effects of any others you were taking that you did need.
How long should I stay on a specific combination?
More passing moods will take longer to shift and will likely only take one bottle to clear. More long-standing issues will take longer to re-balance and may take 3 bottles or more. Towards the end of each bottle re-assess your emotions and make a note of how your emotions have shifted in the past few weeks. You may want to continue with many of the remedies but feel that some can be removed or swapped for others.
Why does my remedy only last 3 weeks?
If you take your remedy at the minimum dose (4 drops, 4 times a day) your bottle should last approximately 3 weeks. We add organic brandy or glycerine to your treatment bottle to help eliminate bacteria from the liquid but after 3 weeks there is a risk of contamination. All our remedies are made by hand to your specific requirements and are not made in a factory.
Do mindful remedies contain any allergens?
Mindful Remedies do not contain any major sources of allergens and are also vegan, however they are made in a location where nuts and other allergens may be present. The Regular bottles do contain alcohol but you can choose the Alcohol Free option which is made with a vegetable glycerine if you prefer to avoid alcohol. Our alcohol-free version is crafted with vegetable-derived glycerine which may contain coconut, making it unsuitable for those with a coconut allergy.
