Once signed up, your subscription will repeat at the frequency you select. For personalised remedies, you’ll receive the same combination unless you update your preferences. You can manage your subscription in the customer login area, where you can cancel or change the frequency. To change the flower remedy combination or your chosen base you will need to do this by emailing Lucy at info@mindfulremedies.co.uk

Yes! Lucy will email you a few days before each order to check in. If you’d like to change your remedies or have new emotional concerns, you can let her know. Otherwise, your previous combination will be repeated.

Yes, you can have multiple subscriptions running at once, for example, for yourself and a family member. Each subscription will be treated as a separate order.

Shipping costs are added on top of your subscription order. The 20% and 5% discounts apply to the product cost, not shipping.

Consultations can be scheduled at the same frequency as remedy subscriptions. Lucy will reach out via email to coordinate a time for each consultation. You’ll have the same flexibility to adjust the frequency or cancel the consultation subscription through the customer login area or by speaking directly with her.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime through your login area.
