Refund policy

As all our remedies are personalised and hand made to order, we’re unable to allow any returns unless they are faulty or have been damaged in transit. If your parcel has arrived damaged, please contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

If you change your mind and your bottle hasn’t been made and dispatched yet we will be happy to refund you – please make sure to get in touch as soon as possible as once your order has been made, we will not be able to refund you.
